Luggage transfer: One bag per person, as mentioned in the itinerary.
Room availability: Twin or double rooms are subject to availability at the hotel.
Maximum occupancy: All rooms can accommodate a maximum of two adults (or two adults with one child aged 11 years or below per bed). For bookings with 3 adults or 2 adults with a child aged 11 and above, two rooms need to be booked.
Additional requests (e.g., smoking/non-smoking, twin/double) will be subject to the hotelier’s discretion and availability; there is no guarantee.
School visits for educational tours: We need to contact schools two and a half months ahead of the intended visit. Class participation is at the discretion of each school, and availability may be limited depending on the scheduled visit time.
Coach size in Japan: The maximum size of the coach is 45 seats. However, it will accommodate a maximum of 42 passengers with luggage. If the passenger size exceeds 42, two coaches will be required.

Quotation is based on the number of adults traveling together.
Changes in dates or number of passengers will result in a revised quote.
Once the time-wise tour itinerary is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
Coach and guide services are available only for 10 hours per day, with services concluding by 8:00 PM due to Japanese Law. Punctuality is essential to avoid missing sightseeing.
If certain attractions, sights, monuments, or museums are closed, the local English-speaking guide reserves the right to amend the itinerary or cancel the visit.
Our guides are specially trained to prioritize safety and will make decisions with your safety in mind. Please respect their authority in these matters.
Hotel rooms in Japan are generally smaller:
3-Star: Standard Double/Twin room: 10–14 sqm
4-Star: Standard Double/Twin room: 15–20 sqm
5-Star: Standard Double/Twin room: 20–30 sqm
Double/Twin/Triple rooms are subject to availability.
Smoking and Non-Smoking Rooms are subject to availability.
Accommodation Taxes: In Tokyo, JPY 200 per day for four-star hotels or above, and JPY 100 per day for three-star hotels or below. The tax is collected directly by the hotel.
If the tour is postponed, 5% of the package cost will be deducted, and the cost for the desired date will be calculated based on hotel and transportation costs.
A partial cancellation may result in recalculating the price for the remaining travelers, and a standard cancellation fee will apply for those not traveling.
Porter services are not available in Japan.
Due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or heavy traffic, tours/sightseeing may be altered. No refund will be provided in such cases.
